For Leaders at Work
Stop being the answer to every question.
LEADS is a Christian leadership system for people who lead at work. Build a team that decides, acts, and performs without waiting on you.
15 statements · 5 minutes · 5 scores

The Problem
Your day is other people’s questions.
You were promoted because you were good at the work. Now your day is other people’s questions. Decisions stack up behind you. Your best people wait for approval, and time off means coming back to a backlog.
None of that means you are failing as a leader. You are leading the way most people were taught. Scripture has shown a better way for a very long time, and the skills can be learned.
Who This Is For
LEADS is built for you if any of these sound familiar.
You lead a team and feel like the bottleneck.
You are a new manager who wants to start well.
You run a business that cannot run without you.
You lead people you rarely see in person.

What Changes
What the program aims for.
Your team brings you solutions, not only problems.
Decisions get made where the work happens.
You can take a week off and come back to progress.
Your people grow, and the good ones stay.
Integrity and Faithfulness
The same leader in every room.
A team watches the whole person. The five steps only work when the leader at the meeting is the same leader at home, at church, and on a hard day.
One person in every setting
Integrity means one whole life, not a work self and a private self. “One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much” (Luke 16:10, ESV). People extend trust at the speed they see consistency.
Faithfulness first, outcomes second
You do not control every result. You do control whether you listened, told the truth, and handed over the decision. Measure those first. “It is required of stewards that they be found faithful” (1 Cor. 4:2, ESV).
Write your leadership vision
One paragraph: who you intend to be as a leader, whom you serve, and what you will do first. Take the Self-Check, then write the paragraph around your lowest step and share the result with one person on your team.
Questions and Answers
Common questions from leaders.
Is this only for technology leaders?
No. LEADS works for any team. Many early examples come from technology teams because that is where the system was first practiced.
My team is remote, hybrid, or in one office. Does that matter?
No. The five steps are the same wherever people sit, and the system was built with spread-out teams in mind.
How much time will this take?
The Self-Check takes five minutes. Foundations and the Cohort are built around one action a week with your own team, so the learning happens inside your real work.
What if my own manager leads the old way?
Start with the team you lead. Results inside one team are the strongest case you can make upward.
Do I have to be a Christian to use LEADS?
No. Anyone can take the Self-Check and practice the five steps. The teaching is openly Christian and draws on Scripture throughout, so expect that going in.
Is this a Bible study?
No. LEADS is a leadership system for your real team and your real work. Scripture supplies the foundation and the examples, and each lesson ends in one action to take that week.
What does LEADS cost?
The Self-Check is free. Pricing for Foundations and the Cohort is set in a conversation, and scholarships are available.
The Pride
Keep going, together.
The community for leaders who practice LEADS. Members meet live each month, work through problems in peer groups, and share what is working. Cohort graduates receive the first year at no charge.
