Lions do not lead alone. The Pride is the community for Christian leaders who practice LEADS.
Why a Community
Keeping the five steps going takes other people.
A course can teach the five steps. Keeping them going takes other people. The Pride puts you alongside leaders working the same path, so you have somewhere to bring the hard week, the stalled step, and the win nobody at work would understand.

A Month in the Pride
One rhythm, every month.
The Pride is forming now. This is the monthly rhythm members can expect once the doors open.
Live teaching
One session each month on a single LEADS step, with a story from Scripture and one action to take back to your team.
Peer group
A small group of leaders meets to report on that action: what was tried, what worked, and what did not.
Testimony night
Members tell what God is doing in their leadership and on their teams. Wins and failures are both welcome.
Service day
Members serve where they live, then share what they saw. Leaders who serve together trust each other faster.
