For Organizations
Your results should not depend on a few people.
LEADS helps Christian-led companies, schools, ministries, and churches build teams that perform without waiting on one leader, and measures the change.
Thirty minutes, no obligation.
The Problem
A handful of leaders carry the decisions.
In most organizations a handful of leaders carry the decisions. Those leaders are stretched, their teams wait, and when one of them leaves, performance leaves too. Training has been tried, and little changed once the workshop ended.
LEADS takes a different route. The whole team develops, in a fixed order, and the team is measured before and after.
How an Engagement Works
Measured before and after.
Talk
A 30-minute conversation about where decisions get stuck.
Measure
The LEADS Team Assessment shows where one team stands across the 11 building blocks.
Work
A workshop or a 90-day program, built around what the assessment found.
Measure again
A second assessment shows what changed.
Three Ways to Work Together
Choose the first step that fits your team.
01 / LEADS Team Assessment
See your team the way your team sees it.
Every member answers questions across the 11 building blocks of the system. You receive a report showing where the team is strong, where the team is stuck, and how the leader’s view differs from the team’s, followed by a debrief with a recommended next step.
- Best forA low-risk first step
- You receiveTeam strengths, sticking points, and the gap between the leader’s view and the team’s
02 / LEADS Workshop
One day to reset how a team works.
An intact team spends one day, on site or online, in seven sessions: character first, the five LEADS steps, and a written commitment. Each session pairs a story from Scripture with a teaching point and an exercise.
- Best forA team ready to reset how members work together
- You receiveA leadership vision from each person, communication norms, an integrity agreement, a decision handoff list, a four-measure scorecard, and a signed 90-day plan
03 / LEADS Team Program
Ninety days from dependence to ownership.
Assessment, workshops, coaching for the leader, and a second assessment at the end, so the change is measured and not assumed. Built for organizations that want a result for one team before extending to others.
- Best forA lasting result for one team before extending to others
- You receiveEverything in the Workshop, plus leader coaching and a second assessment showing the change
A Sample Plan
A plan that fits on one page.
Three values, four measures, and one owner for each measure. If the plan needs a second page, the team will not remember the plan. This sample shows the shape. Your team writes the real one.
Three values
- People are developed, not used.
- Decisions sit with the people closest to the work.
- Bad news travels fast and is welcomed.
Four measures, one owner each
- Decisions made without the leader in the roomOwner: operations lead
- Team members who led a meeting, a project, or a review this quarterOwner: team lead
- Days from a problem being raised to a problem being ownedOwner: service manager
- People being developed by someone other than the leaderOwner: the leader
Reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days. Teams build this plan in the One-Day Workshop.

Questions and Answers
Common questions from sponsors.
How is this different from other leadership training?
Most training develops the person with the title. LEADS develops the whole team in five ordered steps and measures the team before and after.
How much of our team’s time is needed?
The assessment takes each member a few minutes. The workshop is one day. The Team Program adds short weekly practices inside normal work.
Does this work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. Every part of LEADS can be delivered online, and the system treats remote, hybrid, and on-site members as one team.
Who sees the assessment results?
Individual answers stay confidential. The team and the sponsor see combined results only.
Can our own trainers deliver LEADS?
LEADS Certification for internal trainers opens in year 2. Contact us to join the interest list.
Who is LEADS for?
Christian-led companies, schools, nonprofits, ministries, and churches that want teams able to lead themselves.
We are not a faith-based organization. Can you still help?
LEADS is openly Christian, so the program may not suit a mixed workplace. For corporate technology leadership and executive advisory, Dr. Necessary’s firm, Necessary Information Technologies, is the better fit.
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing is set in a conversation, based on the size of your team and what you want to achieve. Scholarships are available for churches, ministries, and nonprofits.
